Hello, dears. What are your plans for Easter weekend? A spring picnic with your love? Dying eggs with your children? Attending an Easter church service with friends?
This weekend I am traveling to my hometown. I have plans to go to the Farmer's Market (with my little sister!), ride bikes, go out for sushi, attend an Easter church service with my father and have Easter lunch with my mom and step-dad.
And when I return to school on Sunday evening, I'll be making strawberry shortcake in honor of my grandma, who makes it for me every Easter. I can't make it to her house this Sunday, so making my own strawberry shortcake is the next best thing. (I'll miss ya, grandma!)
